simplicity
Major Project is managable unless you allow procrastination to kill that intent.
1 Thessalonians 5:18
“give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus”
It was hell for me as in the midst of maintaining and freeing up space on my Com, I unknowingly erased my Major Project permanently without any backups. I doubt God wanted me to just learn that for Vista, the Files located in the “Recent” folders under searches are not shortcuts but the actual files. 4 weeks of VBA codings gone in just 5 minutes… but upon reflecting back, the real source of impact came from the loss of my Ministry files such as my Stats that I took hours to create with formulas. Thinking it’s just shortcuts, I deleted the entire “Recently Changed” folder… till now I have no idea what files are deleted other than those evident ones…
Thank God for Lao Da (Dennis), He’s really a committed leader, racking his brains and resources upon receiving my call, ensuring that I am alright and advising me on the best way out… THANK YOU!
How can I miss out on Aloy Koh, haha thanks for helping and giving me certain softwares to try…
I was holding on to the hope of being able to recover my deleted files using certain programs, but after being stubborn for 4 hours, God said it was time to move on. My spirit was quite low because I needed to rush my individual report but because I lost my group one, I had to find my codes again.
Throughout the night, I was starbucking with God and as I conversed with Him, my heart was restored gradually and the reasons were clear… =) I resisted the norm of diving straight in to do the catching up in my project and took some time to read the Word, it was the best choice man…
After being refreshed, I was glad God traded my anxiety for his peace, and perhaps, I became too relaxed AGAIN.
Rushed through and slept at 7am, was almost late for my consultation but thank God! Sorry Zhi Yuan, dude, I will be on time for our fifth consultation !
Being Simple is not being Normal or Average…
but being Simple allows us to enjoy All that God has intended…
